- MHSAA Approved Sports Physical - Athletic Handbook Acknowledgement - $75 Pay-to-Play Fee* - Transportation form *Pay-To-Play Waivers available - please contact the Athletic Office for the waiver or more information. |

Athlete Etiquette
Student athlete will adhere to all athletic policies as articulated in the Student Athlete Handbook.
The following will not be tolerated and will result in dismissal from the team:
Disrespect to Teammates or Coaches, Insubordination, Academic Cheating, Profanity, Repeated Tardiness, Unapproved Absences, Lack of Participation
